The Granuflex home gym tiles are ideal for training in smaller spaces but can easily be adapted for larger areas too.

Featuring an extremely dense build (875kg / m3) and a 43mm thickness, these mats are highly robust and will reduce the impact from dropping weights while minimising vibrations and sound.

Made using recycled rubber, these tiles are an excellent choice for home gyms and larger facilities alike.

J'ai hésité entre les 30mm et 43mm d'épaisseur, aucun regret pour ces dernières, ne s'enfonce pas même avec du poids (squat, soulevé terre).
I hesitated between the 30mm and 43mm thickness, no regret for the latter, does not sink even with weight (squat, deadlift)
