Our warehouse team is working tirelessly to fulfil incoming orders but due to the large number of them recently and the current circumstances, we are still working through a large backlog. Our normal processing times for dispatching orders to our logistic partners are 1-2 working days.

The expected processing delay for your order can be seen at the top of your order confirmation email. Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier's tracking portal.
Delivery is fulfilled by UPS or DHL for most items and for heavier orders we use DB Schenker.
