Ich hab mir die Sleeves entsprechend der Größentabelle gekauft. Dadurch habe ich während des Trainingssatzes ein angenehmes Gefühl und es fühlt sich stabiler an als ohne. Allerdings ziehe ich die Sleeves in den Pausen wieder aus weil die mir für das komplette Training doch zu eng sind. Ich trage sie gerne fürs Trizepstraining und Bankdrücken.

Great quality product, currently in use mostly for bar dips. They come on pretty easily, are smooth\/comfortable and will give light support for dips. (Not comparable to the bounce you'll get from knee sleeves when squatting.)n cold gyms, these will also provide some warmth on the elbow joint which is a nice bonus.'m taking these off for pull exercises since they will make pull-ups, rows etc. harder.
