These are great sleeves. Sturdy 7 mm neoprene is thought to damage. My elbow circumference measured at around 25.5 cm so I ordered the small. They are quite tight, in fact they get uncomroftable to wear after about 3 exercices... Maybe they'll loosen a bit over time. They definetly help on pressing movements. Especially on close-grip variatons and overhead presses. I've set new PR's on one rep maxes as well as rep PR's on all of those.
