Refund policy

(a) All exchanges/returns must be returned to us within 100 days of receipt of the goods and in new condition. When returning an item, please use the original packaging and always include a note with your name, order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
(b) Shipping charges for a return are the responsibility of the customer, please do not return with payment on delivery. If a defective or misdelivered item needs to be returned, we will either arrange for pickup or ask you to pay the shipping costs. Once we receive the item back, we will refund your shipping costs.

You may notify us of the return either by email, mail or phone.
(c) All orders must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and any defects/damage must be reported to us within 100 days of receiving them. All goods that arrive damaged should be marked as "damaged".
(d) If a product is returned damaged or late, a restocking fee of 10% or more (depending on the damage) may be charged.
(e) B-Ware goods are sold as described on our homepage or Facebook page and are not eligible for exchange. All returns and cancellation notices should be addressed to:
