Hip Rotation Bands

With Hip Bands and Resistance Bands, lifters can use the tension provided by the elasticity in the band (which varies in strength according to what you pick) for targeted stretching and mobility work. The further you stretch the band, the more resistance you´ll meet. Ideal for developing range or motion, warming up and rehab exercises, (shoulder cuff rotations, banded hip stretches etc.) choose between smaller and lighter bands or heavier and bigger bands as desired. 

Our hip bands are designed specifically for warming up the glutes and hip flexors prior to leg work, but can also be used in combination with exercises to help activate and train movement patterns.
