These belts are fantastic quality. They are made from artificial leather and give excellent support when lifting. Slightly more supple than standard leather belts, they mould to the contours of the back/body whilst providing unsurpassed support and protection to the back when training/lifting.

This is my first ever belt I bought for lifting.
I don't know if it's standard but it's quite hard to put on yourself. The double prong + this being one big piece make it hard to lock/delock and it's a bit unpractical doing supersets
But this comes with the advantage that it does its job very well
If you want a practical belt to put, I would advise to buy the ones with a clap mechanism or whatever it is called. Otherwise, I would recommend it
