Die gummierten Scheiben vom Strengthshop sind meine absoluten Lieblingsscheiben im mittleren Preissegment. Erlauben eine super Handhabung und sehen cool aus. Habe jetzt schon 250kg davon und wenn ich mal mehr brauche werden es wieder diese sein.

The plates are great.

I am working out for 36 years now and these are hands down the best plates I ever used. The design is paramount and the handling is best in class! Bought 20 plates 10kg each and 4 plates 20kg each. Chances are high I‘ll buy some more next time they start a sales campaign…!

Came out with some scratches but overall great quality for the price it's unbeatable.
I love the look of it and they are really practical to put, to retire and to carry on around your homegym

We purchased 8x20kg and 4x10kg plates last February and my only regret is that I did not buy more. The plates are fantastic because the holes around the perimeter allow them to be handled and moved easily, especially when one happens to be lying on the floor. I have even done some stability work with them by load the bar through a perimeter hole. I imagine that would be awesome with a bamboo bar. We use the plates for deadlifting, rowing, and all pressing movements. The rubber coating feels good on the hands, is easy on the floor, and I still get that old school clanking sound that I love when lifting heavy.
