Eine fast schon vergessene Übung, welche sich hervorragend eignet, um die Quadrizeps und die Gesäßmuskulatur zu trainieren.

Ihr steht mit den Waden gegen die Polster gepresst und macht dabei tiefe Kniebeuge, um so die Quads isoliert zu trainieren.

I bought this sissy squat couple of months ago, and i must say that the quality is very good, its very stable. So, you are getting alot for that price! :)) and it fully adjustable(back pad, and foot pad too)
