Build a solid back
Row’s in all their variations are a staple, when it comes to not only build a big back, but most importantly a back that can handle the varying loads in strength sports. This compound exercise targets not only the upper back and latissimus, but also works the biceps and shoulders. Our T-Bar Row Machine is similar to the land mine set-up, to where there is no chest pad, which requires you to do all the stabilizing work when carrying out your exercise, and its plate loaded. To lift securely, the machine has diamond plated foot plates and knurled handle areas. There are three varying grip positions, plus you can adjust the grip width of the handles to your comfort level. It has a loadable sleeve length of 37.5cm and a diameter of 50mm. We added band peg holes to the front foot of this machine, so you can incorporate those variations into your training with easy and safe set-up.
Easy to move around, through wheels
Two wheels at the narrow end of the Standing T-Bar Row Machine are for easy manoeuvring around the gym. You can set it up wherever you have the space and need it, for example when you are doing supersets.
