Very sturdy construction, but easy to assemble. Doable alone, but more comfortable with a helping hand. The big bolts require large sized wrenches.
I also use it as a rack for my home gym which it does very well, with a few caveats however. The crossbar (the one you place on your back when doing yoke walks) has to be moved very high up to place the J-cups high enough for a comfortable walkout. This means the upper section of the crossbar sticks above maximum height of the horizontal bars, meaning the upper bolt to fixate the crossbar is hanging in the air. Also, I had to remove to lower screw of the crossbar (the silvery ones in the picture) as my plates would get stuck there when unracking. This all reduces the overall stability at least in theory, but it wasn´t really noticable with the weights im working with (up to 160kg loaded on the bar so far). However, this should be taken into account when the goal is to squat much heavier from the yoke.
Also, despite all this, the J-cups are still one hole too low for my taste. Moving them higher would require the slide up the crossbar even more, which I didn´t dare (yet, might try it out once I feel more comfortable with it). I´m by no means tall (1.78), I squat low bar and have flat soled shoes, so people who require a higher rack position should think about this before buying. One thing I´m not too happy with is the plastic cover on top of the safeties. I´m sure there the first (and admittedly propably only thing due to the sturdy construction) thing to break when dropping a bar.
Otherwise, a very sturdy construction. Great for yoke runs as nothing is shaking and moving if assembled properly, and it also looks kind of elegant with the black finishing. Would buy it again, if I have to, but it feels like it will last me an eternity. Recommended, if the things written above are no deal-breaker.
