Our Men’s 20KG Riot Weightlifting Bar performs even better than it looks on the platform. Tailored to meet IWF specifications, this barbell uses high quality sprung steel, which handles heavy weights with ease, always reverting to its original shape once tension has been released.

Medium coarse knurling provides a firm grip, still forgiving enough to perform plenty of repetitions, while the quality needle bearings allow for a smooth spin.

Finished in chrome for added durability, the Men’s Riot Barbell bears all the important trademarks of a dedicated weightlifting barbell and will give you the consistent whip and performance you need every time.
