This compeition style flat bench is made to withstand the heaviest bench work. Made from 3mm steel it is thicker, heavier and more robust than majority of benches out there. Simple, sturdy, strong.

Made with powerlifters in mind, the front support foot will not get in the way of your leg positioning. The height of 42cm is within the International Powerlifting Federation height recommendation for benches.
