They arrived quicker because they were lighter than the bench I ordered some weeks ago, so thats nice.They feel super solid and secure, since they have a double security system. For using them with a good pull up bar (dont use door pull up bars, thats dangerous), just do a toes to bar motion and let your body loosen. If you manage to relax your legs and abs muscles, the spine and blood flow feel awesome. I like doing anterioir and posterioir pelvic tilt moves with my pelvis for furthter decompression. And I gotta tell you, you CANNOT decompress your spine as much with just a dead hang, compared to gravity boots inversion (havent tried doing reverse hypers yet).
