If you have a Low Ceiling don't hesitate

This rack is perfect for your home gym.
His height is very convenient if like me, you have a low ceiling that wouldn't match with the pull up bar.
I've ordered it and 3 weeks later I've received it in three packages which was a very good idea for the construction of the rack. The instructions are clear, you can see and touch the quality of the pieces.
At first I was going for on other rack from a different brand, but with the pandemic they had trouble with the package, so thanks to StrenghtShop I've been saved !
Oh and I forgot to mention the customer service, they answer really fast and are very helpful !

Thanks a lot. The commercials gyms are dead to me !

Stable cage with everything to get startet

After a couple of trainings I am satisfied with the stability of the product. Dips, squats, bp, pull ups etc worked well. Gripes:
There are no left and right J-hooks/safeties. The coating of the J-hooks crumbles when my Eleiko gets near them :) I think this is most important part to improve.
Other than that, good product!

Best bang for the buck cage I have ever seen

Bought this cage a year ago and it is great value for the money. Massive and will probably outlast me.

Used and abused for over a year

Now that I've had this rack for over a year in my basement I thought I'd write a review of it for potential buyers who are unsure of their decision of whether or not to buy the Garage Cage for their garage or basement (with a short ceiling) themselves.Let's get one thing clear here; you need to be on the shorter side in order to use this cage. I am 1,70cm tall\/short, and I fit in it perfectly. People who are even slightly taller than me, 1,76cm or 1,80cm, have hit the upper steel parts with the plates when squatting or even slightly brushed their hair on the pull-up bar when standing fully upright. Now with that out of the way, and with the criteria I mentioned above, one can not go wrong with the Strengthshop Garage cage. I bought it because it had additional features that other cages just could not offer. Namely the multi-grip pullup bar, the dip handles and the band pegs that come with it that just open a whole lot more training possibilities. Thing is, there were not a lot of other racks out there that were short enough to fit into my basement, so that's one thing that really sets it apart. I also bought it because of safety. Barbell stands cannot catch the bar, safety pins can. And this cage has saved me on numerous occassions. Thus the fear of heavy weights or AMRAPS is drastically lessened because if you fail, at least you won't die or injure yourself. have set so many PRs in this cage that I couldn't count them. Solid construction, a variety of features, good price...can't go wrong with this one.
