Our Strongman Back Support provides warmth, stability and support for your lifting sessions. Designed with strongmen/women in mind, the Back Support can be used as a standalone belt or in conjunction with a second belt for heavier lifts. Whether you’re lifting stones and sandbags, pressing logs overhead, or just performing some heavy deadlifts and squats, the Strength Shop Back Support is a great all-rounder, which maximizes performance without compromising on comfort.

Neoprene for ergonomic fit & durability

Using a 5mm thick neoprene base, we wanted to create a belt which combined durability with a comfortable stretch and ergonomic fit. The velcro strap gives lifters plenty of room to tighten as required and once fastened, will keep your core securely braced. For even more support, the nylon loops on either side can be used to keep a second belt in place.

Combine this Strong(wo)man Back Support with our lever belts and choose between multiple colours and print patterns.
