Original 1525 Women's Bar

This is the women`s standard size version of our best selling Strengthshop Original 2028 barbell.

A great entry level barbell mainly aimed at static power lifts such as squats, bench and deadlift.

It has an excellent sleeve spin and could be used for explosive lifts as well, though dropping with weights is not recommended (for this purpose please see spring steel women`s weightlifting barbells).

Measurements are based on women`s/junior standard weightlifting measurements, with 25 mm shaft thickness and 15 kg weight.
