Wie man die Schienbeine beim Kreuzheben schützt

Je nach Hebetechnik und Art des Kraftsports können deine Schienbeine im Gym auf eine harte Probe gestellt werden. Die knielangen Socken, die auch als Kreuzhebesocken bekannt sind, schützen deine Schienbeine während des ersten Zugs beim Kreuzheben oder Umsetzen. Die Socken sind dehnbar und angenehm zu tragen. Verfügbar sind die Größen 39-48,5. Das Motto lautet hier: Einer für alle!

Um die Langlebigkeit des Material zu gewährleisten und das Einlaufen zu verhindern, empfehlen wir die Socken nicht über 40°C zu waschen.

Cheap and work well

Protect the shins, no more bleeding. Cheap compare to the others brands, but after a few of deadlift the socks starts to degrade. Still worth it if you deadlift once a week.
