Really good. Working out in a commercial gym with slippery noodle bars and putting a lil chalk on the bar makes it so much better

Bottle size is perfect. It fits nicely to the gym bag and you don't have to buy new one every month. Only minus in my books is the smell. This stuff has quite strong odour that reminds pine.
