Great for giving support and easing joint pain in the arms/legs. Fits tightly over the intended bodypart. Size is the circumference of the band. Use smaller sizes for arms, larger sizes for legs.
I'm them during heavy lowbar squats to prevent elbow pain and they work great for that. They also provide good support during pressing. The only drawback is uncomfortable stitching

Ordered these a size smaller (XL) for my 33-34 cm elbows. First few times they felt a bit too tight but they adjust pretty good, I expected a bit more from them but they do work and help with the heaviest presses, I also use them for heavy squats with narrow grip
