An absolute MUST with the Riot Cage!

Very solid, easy to install and efficient. You will be pulling exactly the weight loaded onto the platform. You can safely do a lot of exercises with it once set up. The cable is steel covered in plastic and the pulleys are also strong plastic with nylon, they slide very nicely. Uses 50 mm hole plates (fits about 4 bump plates on each side) meaning up to 200kg (2x4x25kg), thous slightly exceeding the max supported 150kg by the cables. But it can take it. Theoretically you could replace the cable with a thicker one and use the steel (uncovered) plates from the StrengthShop reaching a max of 450kg (2x9x25kg) if so inclined. But that's excessive. You also get two clamps on the end of each plate support, but I found them unnecessary for it is very stable, I am using them elsewhere. Pro tip #1: Remember to turn the upper beam of the Riot Cage with the handles inside, for you will not be able to use them once the attachment is fixed. Pro tip #2: If you mange to attach the dip handles (parallels) to the back of the Cage (inside) that come included (requires drilling 2x holes sideways into the Cage beams), you can actually do dips with the Lat cable attached to your belt, focusing a constant weight\/pull on you downwards at every point of your movement, eliminating any wiggle of the weights that can ruin your set. What's missing, could be improved: when doing rowing cable pulls or dips, cable assisted squats, calf raises, the horizontal lower bar doesn't provide enough stability or an ergonomic angle. I personally manufactured an angled wood platform for my feet that comes mounted over it, thous increasing grip\/stability ant eliminating any ankle strain.
